We are looking for Accountants

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of monthly income reports
• Preparation of monthly cost of sales reports
• Preparation of monthly management accounts up to trial balance
• Production of weekly reports for senior management
• Weekly reconciliation of company bank accounts
• Daily cash and banking and input of cash journals onto Accounting System
• Involvement in budgeting process, from creation of initial budget templates
• Involvement in forecasting process from beginning to end

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

• BSc degree or Professional qualification in Accounting
• Must be skilled in Quickbooks
• Must be analytical with a keen eye for detail
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• IT literate with good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is an added advantage
• Fluency in written/spoken English
