And Blues boss Jose Mourinho is keeping his sights set on the title by
assuming that Manchester City will play a spotless final 8 matches, giving the Citizens a total of 85 points.

Mourinho has done the math on what it will take to do the job, and he’s keeping it all scientific. If Man City wins out, Chelsea can still with the whole thing if they lose and draw a match.
From the BBC:
“We need six wins and a draw, for us the situation is the one the other clubs would like to be in. It’s pure mathematics, we need to win six games and draw one but we have not done it yet,” says the Portuguese boss.Mourinho trod the club and country line well on Friday, acknowledging the necessity of his using Eden Hazard follows the same logic as Belgium using the playmaker during the international break: When you have one of the best and he’s healthy, you use him. Still, Hazard may not go 90 against Stoke.
“I’m not thinking about how or when, just that we need to win six, draw one and every victory is one less that we need and one less for opponents to reach us.”
“I don’t care if we won the title and the trophy was presented in the hotel, away or home – I just want to win it. Our last match is at home, so if we win the title we get the trophy at our house, but I don’t care. I just want to win it.”
John Obi Mikel will not go for Chelsea, while Diego Costa will be available for selection. Mourinho says Costa is healthy, but his fitness after a hamstring layoff is in question.
