Gee Licks Delight is responsible for indoor and outdoor catering services

Responsibilities:

• Holds weekly staff meetings with managers
• Guides managers in resolving obstacles so that goals can be met
• Ensures good communications between Maintenance and Operations to
• minimize equipment downtime
• Ensures work groups hold regular meetings with their staff
• Sets goals and objectives for the operation
• Distributes information memorandums on current issues
• Creates and manages the operations budget
• Monitors overtime costs and general expenditures
• Participates in financial reviews
• Participates in sales/marketing activities to generate revenue growth
• Ensures procedures are in place to correct service failures in loading
• and discharging vessels
• Ensures safety, health and environmental standards are met throughout
• the operation
• Ensures monthly safety meetings are conducted at various levels of the
• operations group
• Reviews and approves instructions regarding operations systems and procedures

Requirements

• HND/BSC in management or any related field
• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to provide leadership and assistance to meet objectives
• Must be a good team player
• Must be proactive
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Should be Lagos Resident.
