We are a confectionery company and require a suitable and qualified candidate who has 5 years of relevance experience preferably in Food/Beverages/Confectionery Company to fill this position.

Factory Manager is expected to develop and implement the company's production plans.

• Must have good interpersonal relationship and communication skills
• both in oral and written.
• Can access weakness and strength of worker.
• Must have good decision makers, analytically and logical.

• Can tackle all possible problems.
• Can be given target and assignment.
• Can give report and good in calculation.

Duties:

• Supervising an entire industrial factory
• Overseeing every activity in the factory.
• Implementing all rules and policies to all factory workers and ensure
• that they follow every regulation.
• Reviewing work performance.
• Working out the human and material resources needed in the factory.
• Drafting a timescale for the job.
• Identifying training needs.
• You must be staying around agbara ogun state metropolis.

Minimum Qualification: Degree (Related field is preferable)
Experience: 10 years
